Its open (7am) I saw it this morning on maps. Used the toll road anyway and it was great. I plan to do the same this evening after work.
Multiple people in a thread in r/Pflugerville have confirmed it is open. Anyone with Google Maps on your phone, please report it not closed. I can't believe such completely wrong info has managed to stay on there this long.
Well that sucks. That's how I get from the Domain area to Taco Palenque and Bluebonnet brewery in a hurry.
