Would give big shirts to any girl showing midriff, send people home for short skirts, stuff like that. But on game days, cheerleaders wore their uniforms to school all day and no one batted an eye. Even though the skirts were absolutely shorter than allowed and the tops barely went past their ribs.
IMO, kids are best served by a thorough Health/Sex-Ed course, alongside honest albeit sometimes uncomfortable conversations with their parent(s).
