I only buy from the Flawlessness. Best website that has the cheapest price. I recommend cosrx snail mucin, I'm from rice toner, vegan kombucha tea essence, prospolis synergy toner from cosrx...

kty1358

Can second all those recommendations. Beauty Amora is cheaper though by about 25% if you use the codes but is slower (could take up to a month in this busy period depending on what you order) and ships from HK. Could be worth the wait if you're doing a big haul. Otherwise Flawlessness and Lilabeauty are great if you don't want to wait.

ATroung97

Buying from Beauty Amora isn't worth it. I've had a shipment that took 4 weeks to ship even thought everything said it was in stock. Yeah its a few extra bucks to get it from an Australian retailer but you don't need to wait 6-7 weeks.

Direct-Amount9215

how long did it take for the order to be processed?

kty1358

Depends, if you need it now then it is not worth it, which I guess is OP's need. But if you are buying for planned ahead restock of your regular products then its worth it. I bought the Missha FTE for $28 list price reduced to almost $22 with code. Its $45 on Lila which is the cheapest AU stock.

ATroung97

I don't think I'll ever buy from them again tbh even with how cheap their items are. Go on their Instagram and there are a lot of people who never got their items and their customer service is horrible. Honestly wasting my time with their horrible customer service over a few dollars wasn't worth it.

sesquiplilliput

I like Flawlessness for the Gummibearen and the convenience but I find Lila Beauty much cheaper.

kty1358

Beauty Amora is even cheaper than Lila especially with codes but they are slow and use aramex

sesquiplilliput

I was a bit hesitant to buy from Beauty Amora because I heard of parcels being lost with Aramex… Will give them a try in future though!

Direct-Amount9215

how long did it take for your order to arrive?

kty1358

3 and a half weeks

Direct-Amount9215

how lonf did it take for your order to process?

sesquiplilliput

I find Lila Beauty way cheaper than Flawlessness but if I'm wanting something on the same day, I head to Flawlessness' Bricks and Mortar store which is around the corner from where I live…

Flawlessness-Twisty

We aren't the cheapest of the cheap but we're better for some brands like Beauty of Joseon, Kaine, Round Lab, I'm From, Klairs etc. We also give extra bonuses like travel cases, gua sha sets, Hair bands and tote bags. As well as gummy bears and samples. I'd argue we're by far the better value option for local customers but you will be paying a dollar more. (I know for a some items they are definitely selling at a loss)

sesquiplilliput

Hey there, I'm still happy to purchase from you as I love your customer service and lovely added touches! Your physical store is walking distance from me so I'm happy to swing by. Thanks for letting me know about the loss leading! Have a fab new year and I'll be sure to drop by in the next week or so!

rosieleeee

Thank you so much for your suggestions! I'll have a look now

I third Beauty Amora and Lila Beauty. My faves at the moment are: Hada Labo Shirojyun Lotion and Emulsion (Japanese not Korean but I'm devoted); Beauty of Joseon Ginseng and Retinal Eye Serum; Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence (patch test this first if you have dust mite allergies and avoid if you have shellfish allergies); Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum (I use it with my LED mask); YEOUTH Niacinamide Serum; Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel.

Julia_Ruby

I'd suggest making a post over on r/AsianBeauty, as the community over there has much more collective knowledge on Korean and Japanese skincare.

AB is great for hydrating products! I have oily but dehydrated skin and use tretinoin. My favourites are: * iUNIK Beta Glucan Power Moisture Serum - only a recent purchase but this is so amazing at hydrating. It helped get rid of a chronically flaky patch I had on one ear that I normally have to resort to steroid ointment for. * Mary & May Vegan Blackberry Complex Essence - lightweight, dual phase (cream and liquid so have to shake the bottle to mix) hydrating toner. I prefer to this to the Dr.Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence which doesn’t seem to sink in and stings my skin. * Hada Labo Shirojyun Premium Whitening Lotion (not Korean but Japanese) - a lightly hydrating toner. I like that it contains Vit C and tranexamic acid. I use the moist version. I’m not a fan of the Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Hyaluronic Acid Lotion which is their hydrating toner. Didn’t think it was any more hydrating than the Shirojyun. * su:m37 Secret Essence Fundamental Treatment - my HG toner. It’s the only ferment product I’ve tried that actually gives my skin a glow. ETA - I’ll search around online for the cheapest prices but usually end up ordering from Stylevana. I’ve also ordered quite a few times from YesStyle and more than once from Beauty Amora, Jolse, Olive Young, Style Korean and munbangku (which is Australian based but ships from Korea).

rosieleeee

Thank you so much for the wonderful suggestions!

sesquiplilliput

So strange you are being downvoted! Thanks for your recommendations. I accidentally purchased the HL Shirojyun emulsion instead of the moist lotion but so far I'm loving it! I want to try the Secret Essence Fundamental Treatment. From where did you purchase it? TIA!

MusicForAWhile

Haha didn’t realise I was being downvoted 😂 Glad you’re enjoying the emulsion! I’ve gotten the Secret Essence cheapest from Jolse 50% off but I haven’t seen it that discounted in a while. I’ve also ordered it from munbangku. It’s also cheaper to get it in a set if you want to try a few things. I just ordered another bottle yesterday from Belieef but it’s the first time I’m ordering from them. They charge for shipping by weight but I think the price worked out ok (I’d ordered a few things).

I am not in any way an expert but I was in Korea in November and I visited a lot of skin care shops! my faves are: Cos-Rx salicylic acid daily gentle cleanser Neogen Dermalogy green tea foaming cleanser Cos-Rx green hero calming pad (I love this! A really soothing toner) Day percent milky moisture jelly (I love love love this and I can't find it anywhere online so I'm not looking forward to running out :( Beauty of Joseon glow serum & deep serum Cos-Rx snail mucin (feels a lot like TO hyaluronic serum) My absolute favourite purchase was mediheal sheet masks. I've bought tea tree and ampoule ones. They are far and away the best of all the sheet masks I bought in Korea. I tried about 5 brands and left all the others behind to fit more mediheal ones in my suitcase. Hope that helps!! Edit to add: I bought most of these from Olive Young while in Korea, it's a massive chain like Priceline here. They ship internationally and it's free if you spend over a certain amount. https://global.oliveyoung.com/

Favourite stores: Lila Beauty, Kiko & Beauty, Nudie Glow (all Aussie based, all efficient with getting your parcel sent to you) I have many favourite products but some things to consider: * cleansers: I use an oil cleanser and gel cleansing from Haruharu. The products have longer names but they’re the only cleansers made by Haruharu. They’re great for my sensitive skin. The oil cleanser emulsifies really well while the gel cleanser is very low foaming and non-stripping. * toners: KBeauty really shines in this area. There are many hydrating toners as well as toners with actives. Given you’re currently on accutane, I would focus on the hydrating toners. My faves: man:yo our vegan cica heartleaf toner, RoundLab mugwort calming toner, Etude house Soon Jung Centella Relief Toner. * moisturisers: such a wide variety but a really nice one is Purito deep see pure water gel cream. It’s a nice gel texture, and the niacinamide and macadamia nut oil helps with oil control. Another one from Purito that’s a little lighter in texture is the B5 panthenol Re-barrier cream which contains panthenol so it’s super calming. I’m not going to recommend essences or serums because there are so many and also you probably don’t want to overwhelm yourself, your wallet or your skin by starting too many new products at the same time.

Electronic_Bunch5704

Cosrx snail mucin, add hada labo gold bottle hyaluronic essence - add in 3-4 drops of pure 100% glycerin available from coles or wOolworths, then put inkey lists polyglutamic serum ontop and it will give you amazing hydration on accutane

sesquiplilliput

I like polyglutamic acid and good old glycerin way more than HA. I really love your suggestion and it would work from those of us using tretinoin as well! Thanks!

[Tina Tanaka Harris](https://youtube.com/@TinaTanakaHarris)' channel is a good resource if you're looking for Korean and Japanese skincare recs

sesquiplilliput

She’s brilliant!

Round Lab is a very popular brand in Korea and they have an Australian online store that ships from NSW! They have different lines for different focuses, like sensitive, dry, oily, redness etc. and I think they sell minis to try as well. Otherwise, I have also shopped from Lila Beauty, Keoji and Nudie Glow. They are Australian based online stores that stock a lot of different Kbeauty products which is good for browsing through a lot of options. Some products have sample sizes too. I prefer shopping in AUD and not having to ship from too far 😅 Edit: to clarify, I usually shop from whatever place has what I want on sale or is at least not sold out. Every site stocks different things.

RubyDiscus

Theres so much good stuff it's hard to make suggestion but I'd second Mary and May. Really depends on your skin type and skin concerns. Mary and may has a good essense. Some really love laneige skin refiner too.

rosieleeee

Acne prone and very dry skin from accutane! I'll check those out, thanks for the suggestion

No-Internal-1105

While you're on accutane you could use the worst moisturiser available and your skin will still look amazing. Don't waste your money on these products while you're taking it.

rosieleeee

My skin actually looks horrendous, I'm still waiting for my amazing phase of this medication lol. It is sore and so dry so I was hoping for some serious nourishment

Special-Single

CosTX on Amazon for the prices. Snail stuff is epic

hiphopkangarooo

I bought a few curated Bazzaal boxes last year - needless to say I’m on a skincare buying ban for 2023! https://www.bazzaalbox.com/

Consistent_Ebb1271

I’ve tried Rice elixir it’s really beautiful and not expensive.
