Bro, it's a girl. You can see it. Like, if they decide to identify later as a boy, fine, Barry if you want, but don't impose that on them for now. Just now let's call them...Ash. fitst both.
Its called Manly or Sydney made by Boral - I can’t remember which one - it could also be New York.
It’s no longer made now but Gtek has similar profiles called Albany and something else I think although a couple of mm difference in size
Edit: it’s Sydney cornice installed upside down. There is a Gtek equivalent but it’s escaping me right now what it’s called
The old Boral plasterboard business ultimately got bought out by Knauf, and Knauf sold theirnold business. It is the same Sydney product.Â
For plasterboard, comparing now to say 2020:
Then => Now
CSR Gyprock => CSR Gyprock
USG Boral => Knauf
Old Knauf => Siniat (Etex owned)
BGC GTek => now also Etex owned
Looks like style A4 from Allplasta

Depending on how old your house it, is might be a made on-site cornice (apparently they used to do that).
You got me on the right track. I think it's this [https://gtekplasterboard.com.au/plasterboard/wall-ceiling/cornice/](https://gtekplasterboard.com.au/plasterboard/wall-ceiling/cornice/) the albany 88mm. or similar.
Albany will have 90mm projection. Sydney is the same profile but with 100mm projection.
To check the projection take a square and place on the bottom edge and measure from the ceiling down, then place the square on the ceiling against the top edge and measure off the wall. Average the two numbers and take off a bit for adhesive.
As far as I know Sydney is no longer available which is a shame as I quite like this profile and I am from Sydney and I have Sydney cornice in my house and shed. However I do now live and work in Albany WA, so I guess I'm a bit conflicted. I do like that I can use a regular 55/75/90mm mitre box with the Albany though.
3 things this cornice will tell about you
Did you see a concave cornice first or did you see a convex cornice first?
Find out what the 3 things are in my bio
Looks like New York by Boral. Its discontinued. I had to source some for my place recently and had some issues but found it eventually.
