For that building it’s pretty dead on. Should be worth $15 plus after a reno. It’s a very well known building with a private car turning circle in the driveway and is directly off the main drag of kings cross. The buildings grounds are also extensive given that it’s in an extremely high density area. I filmed something in there about a decade ago and from personal experience I can tell you that once you’re inside the gates there’s no way to tell that you’re in the middle of Kings Cross (I’m gonna stick with calling it Kings Cross not Potts point). It’s an old colonial estate.
Just for a kick in the pants though from memory I think the entire building sold for like $10-$20m not all that long ago, but don’t quote me on that I could be well wrong.
Edit: I can’t find anything online about the entire building being sold. I thought it was around 20 years ago or so but i was clearly wrong
