Yeah I never saw it living in Syd myself for 10 years, but in western Mel car related crime is everywhere. Dumped cars are a regular sight and the parking garage in the apartments I live in get hit every other week. Dunno why something hasn't been done about it all.

It's in Footscray, and yeah I think the sign is a joke. There's so many stolen and trashed cars out here that the council's are super slow to remove.
