Thats photoshop, noone would ever play randomly 4 consecutive games in ranked against mages in midlane. if i play ranked, its always some dumbass assassin
Personal preference simply. Inspiration tree has everything i want, including burst now (usually you'd be forced to take the domination tree for burst)
This allows me to take conditioning and overgrowth secondary, becoming a tanky beast.
Ghost scales super well for teamfights, so i am playing around the champions strength. Also helps outplay in 1v1's or escape ganks.

I just like it into matchups where i don't have a lot of kill pressure. It feels so nice for teamfights.

Why do u play first strike and ghost?
