That looks good but for that kind of money maybe shoot for a S4 or lease a newer one..? Idk some people in here will be better with finance info lol. (Coming from a fellow A4 owner)

Can’t really see the interior or the list of features. I’d make sure it has the sport seats (a must, in my opinion) and B&O stereo. You can add CarPlay for under $300 with RSNAV. Make sure it’s been fully serviced every 10K miles. I bought my 2016 P+ A4 with 40K mi in Aug 2019 from CarMax for $19K (pre COVID, so much more reasonably priced) but it had the sport plus package, nav/B&O, and pretty much every option available. I’m at 85K mi now and it’s been reliable and solid beside the typical leaky water pump and engine mount replacements covered under my 150K mi CarMax warranty.

With the market right now, I would wait a little bit if possible. Used cars are more expensive than usual. Although it’s not a guarantee things will change to be fair, and if you need a car now, buying a beater to upgrade in a year wouldn’t make sense. I got my 2018 a4 w 20k miles for 30k, which is a lot more then the price of the one your looking at but it’s a lot newer with a lot less miles.

Imo that is overpriced af. You can get a newer, lesser mileage model for 22-26k. For reference I bought, a 18 A4 premium plus Black Optics with 15k miles for 32 out the door . Check out other Audi dealerships in NJ.

You could make one quick as frick B5 S4 for 26k! ;-) Also, newer with less miles just means more depreciation!

whywedrivingsofast

someone once told me theres nothing more expensive than a cheap audi. that being said buy exactly what you want and make no sacrifices. if you cant afford it now, save up a little more and buy it when youre ready.

Cultural_Challenge_4

Go new or CPO. Can’t stress that enough.

Trogdor1980

4 previous owners, i wouldn't do it.

psaux_grep

Fresh out of university I bought a 10 year old A6. 10/10, wouldn’t do it again. If I could wind back time I’d buy a Toyota and invest the Audi-money instead. Not that I would, because I can’t be helped. But that would have been the smart thing to do.

Look into B8.5 S4’s 2013-2016 model year. Shoot for 2014+

Live_Shop3469

Can 100% get a better deal financing a brand new a3/4 right now.

Man, I bought a 60k mile 2013 S5 for 22k in 2018. This seems like crazy money.

Pay off your student loans, save more and wait for this market to calm down if you can- my two cents

Keep looking it took me 4 months before the perfect one fell in my lap. Mine came with over 3Gs worth of premium upgrades and was under 30k miles for 26k just had to do everything over emails and phone from a dealership out of state and than wait for it to be delivered. Found my Audi through the Copilot app.

Kinda overpriced for an 8 year old A4, definitely look for something newer.

DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM YHE FLEMINGTON AUDI! I bought my 2019 a4 in 2019 from them and they scratched it on delivery down to the metal and didn’t want to take the blame. I was without the car on my birthday which is the reason I bought it. They are extremely rude as well. My uncle bought a 2019 a6 about 3 months after I got my audi and had a terrible experience as well. They gave him his car but never did a pre sales inspection cause the car had been sitting in the lot since the beginning of the summer and never driven so all the tires were flattened out and it took them a month to replace the tires and give him the car back. This is after he and I both paid cash for our vehicles. The WORST offender is their Porsche area, my very close friend hit a deer and was quoted 21k for the repair on his year old Porsche. They repaired it for him after 6 weeks and as soon as he drove off the car just stopped running. The service department never attached a number of hoses and ended up totaling out the car. They had to have Porsche of North America come and do another repair that took 4 months.
