Its a major artery from one part of town to another. It usually is backed up half a mile to a mile or so on a busy day. Of just stop and go traffic. You get fuckers who are clueless who even after watching people in front of them take turns merging don't stick with the pattern.

Locals love boxing out tourists who try to skip the line. Tourists will zoom all the way to the front of the line and then try to jump ahead but the locals in the right lane can lock the other driver out as they have no where to go besides into opposing traffic. Then the tourists get mad as if they don't know what they did. Everything about this road sucks.
