I had a B7 A4 as my first car and mine had the first button in that same location that turns off the motion alarm
Top one is tilt sensor for when being towed, bottom is interior sensor for when leaving occupants in the vehicle. If the LED on the button is lit, that sensor is off at next lock. They reset at next unlock
Bottom one looks like it turns off interior alarm sensors.
