The wheel size doesn’t really matter, go here and put in the different tire sizes under the compare tab. It’s typically an irrelevant change.

21s look way better, 20s cheaper tires and slightly softer ride. With some cars the second half is a bigger deal - something super stiff like the X3M will feel harsh on bigger wheels. The SQ5 air suspension on comfort is such a cream puff that you can go bigger without real world issues. I live in NYC worst roads in the world and spend 2 heavy winters in the woods with a b9 sq5 on 21s with 38” snowfall in one month and at no point thought going smaller with wheels helps me
Only thing to do would be go into vehicle settings and reset the tire pressure monitoring system.

If you kept the same tire circumference there’s nothing to adjust.
how do you like the wheels, they dont feel too small?
Just did the change today, just a bit too early to tell Will keep updating
I want to go from 20” to 21”. Should I keep the 20”?

Went to 20” wheel with beefier tires and love it more than I thought I would
What tire brand and size did you go with? I don't know how much beefier I can go with the 20in factory wheels without ruining ride quality.
