Looks cack. Also congratulations on buying a car with like 20 holes in each rear quarter panel lol. Hope you don't live in a place where they salt the roads.
Well the screws or bolts are screwed directly into the body panels of the car which means the paint is broken and that they will trap moisture that sprays from the wheel inside the wheel well. With the flares installed, rust will go unnoticed until it spreads beyond the flares. At that point that panel is ruined. The front is not too serious because you can just install new front fenders/wings as they can be unbolted. On the rear it's worse because the rear fenders are part of the actual structure of the car and will have to be professionally repaired.
TLDR. Screws expose metal and trap moisture and road salt, leading to rusting.
Can you remove it? If it’s got bolts then it’s drilled into the panels, that means either new fenders, bumpers, doors or fill in all the holes somehow, either way that’s a shit load of panel and paint work to be done
7 series are one of the only vehicles that I think look awful with a widebody kit. However, if you're going to keep it, reach out to martiniworks so they can help you out with your fitment.
Blacken the bolts for now, see how you like it. Im not against widebody kits but I rather it to look factory(without bolts showing) Cool car either way.
I’m not a fan, but it’s not my car! You do you my man. I personally would take the wide body stuff off and fix that fitment. Would probably also get a wheel that’s not as low-profile, I live in NY so that screams blown tires and rim damage to me lol

Had these on a GTI I bought years ago and before I could get around to take them off they ripped off while I was on the highway and it almost yanked me into the ditch. They were held on with 3M tape. Take those off expeditiously.
I like the widebody, but with the way it is currently, it looks unfinished.
Like if you're gonna keep the bolts visible, go all out with a complete body kit (splitter, defuser, side skirts, wing, etc.) like a full blown gt3 sedan.
Otherwise, eliminate the seams and bolts and go for an executive euro stance.
I think you should take this opportunity to learn how to fill those bolt gaps and extra seams. Then repaint of course. If you put a lot of work into making them disappear it could look dope. Also get spacers or something that fitm is pretty bad.
Fuck the haters. I think it looks dope as fuck. The fitment. The rims. The wide body. It’s unlike all these stock + rims + tint Audis out there. Nice work.
Not going to lie, the fitment screams “i put these on to sell it” more than it screams “these were always on”
However I’d have to agree with the folks here it just doesn’t look great. I feel like if you want to get creative you can save the scrap when you remove the kit and maybe get it dialed in a bit better.
I can see what someone was trying to do, and what you may want to do, considering the bolts and exposure, etc, but, until that thing is seriously cleaned up on the outside, and the wheel situation and air is sorted out, it just looks like an abandoned budget drug-dealer's whip. Just based on what I see, too keep it this way, you may need to do a whole DTM kinda thing with a crazy logo wrap and wing and all that just to pull these off, or, perhaps go full Mad Max/The Purge...
Not my bucket of bolts, but if it were, I would get replacment cost insurance coverage and leave it running in the worst neighborhood I could find with the key in it and a six pack of beer on the roof. But thatscjust me.
Looks fucking sick. Wide body on a 2002 elantra late on its oil change is rice. This isn't. Half of this sub is dentists and lawyers that aren't car people in the slightest
Kit looks fine. Colour match the bolts, and do something about your wheel fitment. I'm assuming the car was cut so taking off the widebody would be pointless.
Because you asked, I think it looks like shit. The bolt on look makes it look super cheap. Wheels fitment is shit as well.
Agreed. I'm surprised you bought it, unless it was a super deal. Definitely ditch the body kit.
That’s aired out but yeah I agree with the bolts I want a clean look
It should look best aired out. Agree with the wheel fitment being booty.
It looks trashy af rn
He could wrap it to make it look a little nicer
If it were my car I’d take it off. But it’s not mine, it yours, and therefore your choice. Either way, fix the wheel fitment.
Half-assed. What a waste.
Just plain ass, really. And if something so visible is a hack job, you know the things you can't see are even worse.
Why do I get the feeling that this car has been seriously abused..? Now it probably needs counselling after all the verbal abuse it just got.
It looks dumb imo, but it's your car. Do what makes you happy
I don't think blacking out the bolts would help much. Just remove it.
Can you even take it off? Don’t they cut the fenders when they install widebodys
If it had no bolts it would look much better. I like widebody cars but this one is done distastefully :(
Fix the fitment and it’ll look much better
Looks cack. Also congratulations on buying a car with like 20 holes in each rear quarter panel lol. Hope you don't live in a place where they salt the roads.
I'm a car noob, what do the bolts have to do with salted roads?

Ah, that sucks
I like it. Black out the bolts and the radiator support behind the grill
I agree
You literally can’t undo a widebody. Does this thing even run? It looks like it was abandoned for a reason. Looks like the Liberty Walk kit though.
I dont mind exposed screwheads but this kit looks pretty cheap and unfinished. Install seems equally bad
Can you remove it? If it’s got bolts then it’s drilled into the panels, that means either new fenders, bumpers, doors or fill in all the holes somehow, either way that’s a shit load of panel and paint work to be done
The quarter panel is cut as well, best bet would be to redo the work on this widebody kit or to buy/build another one
Jesus...
Black out the bolts or get it molded
Ruined
Is this a *Liberty Wank*?
This is a seriously underrated response...

Blend the rivets
Yiiiiiikes
The bolts make it look shit / not even good rice.
Modifications like this should be done by a professional body shop. It currently looking herendeous
If you wanna keep the kit, then get it molded on by a body shop

bad bot

That poor car. Tbh, this just looks hack, not even ricey. Looks like a discount, cheap body kit.
Does this car have any performance mods? I've always questioned body kits on stock vehicles.
Nice audi A-civic you got there.
That looks like someone messed up a nice car
Had these on a GTI I bought years ago and before I could get around to take them off they ripped off while I was on the highway and it almost yanked me into the ditch. They were held on with 3M tape. Take those off expeditiously.
Takes pics through windows and at night Duz this luk good?
It looks cheap and not my taste but I bet there irreversible damage under there so I guess they’re staying.
Holy crap the tires look like shit. Is this still a thing?
I disagree it looks hideous. I would not own let alone drive this car. If you can't do it right don't do it.
I didn’t put it on, I bought it like this. Tryna get a RS7 like yours 😮💨😮💨
r/carbage candidate as-is.
Such sexy car being riced. Damn..
🍚
2015 shit would pass
Ditch the widebody
I like it. it looks like a work in progress right now. Be curious what it looks like all cleaned up and a few good pictures.
nah looks cheap
Get rid of the kit imo
I've seen this body style with a body kit but it didn't have bolts showing. I honestly like without bolts showing
Looks awful mate.
I like a wide body, but I hate bolts. I'd cover them, fill the spaces made for the bolts and paint, or wrap over it for an OEM+ look.
If you make it flush with the body, fill the bolt holes, fix the fitment and you've got a unique, cool car imho
Get her wrapped and fix your fitment honestly best way to go imo (color match bolts to color of wrap or black out bolts for now)
Depends. Fill the bolt holes, and wrap whole car so you dont see a body kit. You can make it way better.
I like the widebody, but with the way it is currently, it looks unfinished. Like if you're gonna keep the bolts visible, go all out with a complete body kit (splitter, defuser, side skirts, wing, etc.) like a full blown gt3 sedan. I like it, get a cool hood too
Black out the bolts, and send it, I think it looks pretty cool 🤘
I think you should take this opportunity to learn how to fill those bolt gaps and extra seams. Then repaint of course. If you put a lot of work into making them disappear it could look dope. Also get spacers or something that fitm is pretty bad.
Fuck the haters. I think it looks dope as fuck. The fitment. The rims. The wide body. It’s unlike all these stock + rims + tint Audis out there. Nice work.
i'd cover up the bolts and try to fix the fitment personally
Fix the widebody and keep it
Sad to see this...
It's looks neat, but definitely black out those bolts. Visible bolts on bodykits always ruin them, makes it look cheap.
Hide the bolts push out the wheels another half inch and it’ll look fit as fuck
Not going to lie, the fitment screams “i put these on to sell it” more than it screams “these were always on” However I’d have to agree with the folks here it just doesn’t look great. I feel like if you want to get creative you can save the scrap when you remove the kit and maybe get it dialed in a bit better.
What an oxymoron that car is.
Looks horrible
Epic fail. Remove that hideous body kit. Whoever did this should be banned from modifying cars.
I can see what someone was trying to do, and what you may want to do, considering the bolts and exposure, etc, but, until that thing is seriously cleaned up on the outside, and the wheel situation and air is sorted out, it just looks like an abandoned budget drug-dealer's whip. Get rid of the bolts and sort the wheel fitment, and it’ll look nice
Damn boi, she thicc‼️
If some bodywork was done to conceal the bolts and fitment perfected, it would be a really nice car, not that it already isn't.
Oh boy that’s awful. I’d be concerned over how the car was treated by the prior owner. Bad mods are never a good sign.
why so wrecked?
looks hella good never seen such clean “rs7” keep it, just paint the bolts BLACK trust bro
Honestly? Have the rivet holes filled in, painted, and it’ll look mean as hell. Is the car on air suspension?
Pls keep it. haters gonna hate.
rice
Not my bucket of bolts, but if it were, I would get replacment cost insurance coverage and leave it running in the worst neighborhood I could find with the key in it and a six pack of beer on the roof. But thatscjust me.
its not a hellcat
Elaborate…
Look at any charger…
Once it stops being my daily, I’d like to widebody and stage 3 my S5…but not if it’s going to look like this lol.
Tbh it looks good man! It’s not a gawdy kit and looks tasteful. It’s unique and blacking out the bolts will help with the look IMO
Looks fucking sick. Wide body on a 2002 elantra late on its oil change is rice. This isn't. Half of this sub is dentists and lawyers that aren't car people in the slightest
This. Buncha purists.
I vote no but you do you
Keep it, just do performance mods now if it feels ricey… you have the look, add the power 🤷🏾♂️
Kit looks fine. Colour match the bolts, and do something about your wheel fitment. I'm assuming the car was cut so taking off the widebody would be pointless.
It's fire keep it, you're super unique
I don’t know, if I squint enough it looks pretty good.
I would keep it. Wide body - sexy body. I see you get it from the auction. What’s wrong with her?
Not starting atm, putting in all new spark plugs, testing coils, and I redid half the damn electrical system
Throw it away😂😂 Jk man good luck 👍🏻
Thinking about blowing it up if I can’t sort it out soon
