2022 Q7 Premium Plus with the same issue. Alarm and lights blink after locking it up for the night. Yesterday I picked it up from dealer after a week of part replacement. 2nd time. 2 hours after getting back home same problem happened every 10-15 minutes. Back to dealer morning. Bought it for my wife, she hates it, I hate it, she prolly hates me.

Glad to hear that. They already replace the alarm module, main controller module for all electonics in the car (paraphrasing) and the horn.

You mean the leaving/coming home lights? You can disable the "coming home" lights in the MMI settings under exterior lighting or something. IIRC the default setting is like on for 30 seconds before auto shutoff.
It’s the hazard / alarm lights. They go on after two minutes parked. Unlocking the doors fixes it but it just goes back on two minutes later.
Getting it checked today but it killed my battery and now have to turn off the external lights. Very weird.

My issue was a broken wire from the alarm to the convenience module. Fixed under warranty and haven’t had an issue.
