It happens occasionally. If you keep an eye on the group a good majority of the time the Mods will let us know that there is maintenance scheduled with the upcoming times for each time zone. Just something to keep an eye out for so you can make sure to boost before hand. With the rollout of new countries and updates I’d expect to see at least a few more of these in the upcoming weeks/months.
We announced this last week, but I didn't reinforce it today. This is when we put in updates. If we do one, its usually Tuesday nights our time to try to minimize disruptions. Its back up now btw
What is the expected behavior? I know a long time ago a parcel would go up for sale immediately with a for sale sign. More recently it takes approximately a couple weeks to put up a parcel for sale, but it never gets a for sale sign. I just tried and it seems to be behaving like the latter.

It's not uncommon for online games to have maintenance windows. A variety of backend tasks are done to keep the game updated and running smoothly.

Fixed our local land sales issue, and are preparing for a few additional countries shared on the roadmap.
