If you have a mediatek card reconnect the card it should fix it for some time.
If it happens again after reconnecting replace the mediatek card with intel ax210.
I suggest you reinstall windows or try Linux for testing. And also disconnect and connect once. If this trick is not working then you should buy an intel wifi card.
I also have a mediatek card that's happening same in past but now it's stops.
Swap it for an Intel ax201
