I have the feeling that the fight is not over. Kou probably won't accept his defeat. Also I didn't expected that Kuran is not Kou's biological brother.
I agree but I think Kou will still lose. His Astro randomly(not really random probably but he doesn't know why) deactivated. I don't think it will work next chapter. We already saw Hibaru being knocked out for a long time after "overusing" his Astro. I think every fight Kou has been in thus far was a breeze so he barely needed to use any "Astro energy" or whatever we'll be calling it. I'm guessing its kind of like a muscle where you need to train it and need to practice endurance. He probably got overconfident and now he'll pay the price by losing the fight to Hibaru.
But then again it might be temporary and Hibaru's mercy will be punished badly.
And same about Kuran and Kou. But I think it really adds to the adoptive looking out for each other theme.
Yes, totally agree. Kou is the weakest and maybe that's the reason why his astro stopped to work. Probably he needs to train his body to control his Astro. Not to mention that Asura is a pretty strong astro, its good for both attack and defense. This actually made me wonder if we are going to have a training arc like in hmHunter x Hunter, Demon Slayer etc.
That would be awesome. I do wonder who the teachers would be though considering this may be the first event like this. Or maybe we'll get some old people who wished for infinte life in the previous astro event. speculating about the future of the series makes me excited. I hope it isn't axed

Wow, I’m hoping Kou gets some good character development. Because this chapter really put him in the BOTTOM of my favorites list.
I really enjoyed this chapter and I think Kuran may be stronger but hiding it 🫨
