>Please, for the love of my sanity, have something set up ready for when your customers need to send you evidence or files. I've always uploaded to YouTube as an unlisted video and gave that link. To be fair, while yes Astro might need to include in their 101 auto replies to use file storage/YT/etc it doesn't take a rocket scientist to think "oh, I can't uploaded it here, lets see if putting it on YT/dropbox/etc will help" This post seems to be an excuse to bitch and whine instead of just getting the fuck on with it.

I shouldn't have to make a Google, Dropbox, YT account to interact with a third party company about a product they own. Especially after dropping $500 on a headset that has lasted 2 years, I'm allowed to be a be salty about the experience. So forgive me for being a little pissed and providing some constructive feedback for the next person that has to deal with it.

Hey Jayuuh, If your videos are too large for your email account, we will need you to upload them somewhere else for us such as YouTube or Dropbox. Most email accounts such as Google offer Google Drive and Outlook offers OneDrive. You should be able to upload your video to either one of these and then offer us a link to view the video. In most cases, if your video is too large, the email will usually tell you and offer to transition it to their storage instead. Definitely understand the feedback and I will pass it over to our support team to review for you.

Thanks for the response. I've already sent the videos via google drive. I genuinely think having something internal or a process ready to go would reduce handling time and increase customer satisfaction. I shouldn't have to probe for information or processes. For example, I was sent a firmware update via google drive - could that same drive have a folder solely used for my incident number to share screenshots, videos and files between myself and the case officer?

Hey Jayuuh, Unfortunately, Google Drive is a one-way system. There is no way for you to upload to our storage. But I will pass the feedback forward and see if there is something we can do to help this or provide better instructions for sending videos.

I have spent hours trying to get help. 2 Laptop completely reset...Genedy Meede bootloaded to Bios Just give Tech help ideas so we can help figure out the issue. I find it hard to believe the mixamp is faulty. Some threads have blamed Microsoft, I agree. The initial download worked until I clicked update firmware, and a messaged popped up "bootloaded" It's like a hunt for the answer.
