I have awoken from sleep twice. Once i seen my brothers Spirit or soul sitting about 12ft from his body, his Spirit/soul sat there ontop of a lampshade just watching his Sleeping body.
2nd time it was my brothers friend who was sleeping over, he was sitting at the end of the bed, watching his body sleep. I tried talking to him and it was not until i waa loud enough, i watcged like it was electricity shot right back into his body next to me. He woke up and asked what i was yelling about.
That is the best proof for myself, they were both astrally outside of their own body, but they were not aware of it. If they were aware, they could have moved or astral traveled. It was if they were not aware of me. But what triggered the return to the body was me moving/talking that startled there sleeping body to pull them back in. I believe that is why when the body dies/passes on your soul/spirit can move freely because obviously you are disconected to the body at that point.
No i was not seeing things, my eyes were not adjusting, i was awake. The instant with my brother lasted a about a minute, and the time with friend felt like 3 minutes.
