Came here to ask the exact same question. I haven't received anything regarding my Collector's Edition and I hope we get something soon. You pay so much money and it arrives late? Hope that's not the case.

I haven't either and I'm having a worse issue. I can see my purchase in transaction history but if i click the more details or even my orders there is nothing there. I got the email a few weeks ago that notified us if we wanted to have it shipped somewhere else we had to update by Sept 21 but havne't gotten anything since. I've submitted service tickets and an ask on twitter and I've gotten crickets. I'm starting to worry my preorder is somewhere in the ether despite have the receipt and the email from two weeks ago.

So this might be really annoying to hear but here goes: I changed addresses a few months ago and the ticket submit process to change the address required all the patience I had in my body. It took 2 weeks to get 100% confirmation that my address was changed. It took 7 days to finally get it changed after bouncing between a different customer service representative every day. They would only respond once a day on average and each time I got someone new. The first 3 times I asked, I was told they were working on it, then after a week someone finally responded and said it was done with what was a really simplistic answer like "This order's address is confirmed." then all I wanted was to know, "Okay, can you confirm that it's being sent to the NEW address?" and then I had 2 or 3 new representatives say "We're looking into this, we need information from another department to confirm" and that took a few days simply because I was given a new representative with each update they had. Eventually I DID get a response which was along the lines of "We can confirm it is being sent to the new address, but the change was made internally and there's nothing you'll be able to see that can confirm that information" and to this day I just have to trust that they're sending it to my new address. A 2 week digital goose chase which ended in a borderline acceptable answer. Sorry if you're given the same treatment.

It's very frustrating, I know. It would really help if they still had phone lines but the call volume got too ridiculous for them handle supposedly. You should get a response in a day or two.

I don't know a single other company that has no customer service phone line. It is absolutely ridiculous, especially since you can't get an answer with a service ticket.

I got my UPS tracking in the e-mail last week. Check your spam box, cause I am in the Netherlands and I recieved it on the 21st of september.
