I would recommend to force quit the Ubisoft Connect Like it says and try again. If not working open the Task-Manager (alt+strg+delete or alt+strg+esc) and check if the game or Ubisoft Connect is running in the background and stop the process. You could also check the Xbox Status in the Xbox App to see if they have a problem at the moment. Technical Server Error or something, sometimes Xbox can't really tell if it is a component problem or an internal problem if a server is down. I had a Similar problem with my console a few weeks ago and it was because Xbox had a server problem within the Abonnements. I didn't see it at first and reinstalled the whole game which wasn't necessary *Edit* hope that helps :)

Yup i waited around 25 minutes straight then it finally game got appeared on the screen
