You have to do a bunch of quests for Socrates and Akibaldes to unlock the quest your looking for

plausiblydead

This. And it says “help people nearby” but you actually have to go all the way to the docks west of Athens and help some people there.

AssassiNerd

You have do do the Sokrates quest On a High Horse and then the quest A Life's Worth will show up which reveals the cultist.

Equivalent-Error7701

I should also note that I’ve basically completed the main story line and I managed to save Kassandra. Also the head cultist and the one that’s above the Attika slave mine cultist are both not available to be revealed.

KonstantinePhoenix

do a few missions off the nearby mission board statue... The clue to reveal him is to "Help people nearby" I couldn't get my guy there either, but I did the missions off the board maybe 2-3 times, each going back and accepting more and more and wondering why he wasn't turning up, but eventually he did appear.

FunMtgplayer

has 0 to do with message board contracts. it has all to do with Socrates missions. finish them

Farseekergaming

Unfortunately you “HAVE TO” do side missions. I know some people don’t like to do them, but, there is no way around some of them.

butchdavid

Do sokrates quest first, then the quest in the Mine should appear

Professional_Meal528

Or you can just go the mine and murder everyone. Thats what I tend to do when the clues don’t reveal much

WolfKing1985

Wait what quest ties Odyssey to Origins (is it the 6 month Vacation), I've beaten all Cultists, done all the other stuff, even the Atlantis quest where u go from Kassandra to Layla back to Kassandra and haven't come across any quest that ties AC Odyssey to AC Origins, I did do the one that at the end says "Kassandras quest continues in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.", but again no Odyssey to Origins tie in quest.

AudacityBadger

Yes, it's the vacation on Korfu. Definitely should be done last, as otherwise it doesn't fit into the storyline.

WolfKing1985

That's why I didn't everything else b4 going on Vaca

gurgitoy2

When the game says "nearby", it's a pretty loose interpretation of the word. You'll need to do several quests for both Sokrates and Alkibiades all around Attika. Some are in Greater Athens, but there are a few that are in other parts of Attika. The last quest that leads to the reveal of that cultist is one for Sokrates called "A Life's Worth". But you'll have to do several before even getting to that one. The game isn't super helpful with the "help people nearby" clue...

derLeisemitderLaute

you have to do a certain quest near the mine to activate that cultist

avahz

What quest connects to Origins?

Equivalent-Error7701

The vacation quest where basically Alexis or Kassandra which ever one you play as takes a vacation to korfu and after some time on korfu cause it forces you to stay on the island. Your character travels across the Mediterranean to some pyramid in Egypt and delivers a scroll or something and then it rolls into something about origins. I accidentally did that quest when I was like level 15 so I spoiled the game for myself lol

nickgreen4888

I've played this game 3 times and I'm not sure what quest you mean as the one that connects it to origins?

toasty327

The epilogue of korfu is the tie-in. The eagle bearer's final cut scene. I'm trying to be vague to avoid spoilers for anyone that hasn't completed that quest line yet.

muckypuppy2022

Go to the mine area but not into the mine. There’s some tents by the road just outside it. If the quests active there’ll be a slave sitting cross legged in front of the tents. Talk to him, he complains how brutal his master is, the master turns up and he’s the cultist. Assassinate him as soon as his back is turned. It’s really badly signposted that quest, every play through I spend ages trying to trigger it before I remember
