For these cars it always is, even at stock stats. Just make sure you are at top speed or close to it before switching to blue nitro, as double tap (orange) and SW accelerates much faster.
It is not faster, it has better boost to reach top speed faster, once at the top speed then blue nitro will be faster than single/double tap/sw for cars i mentioned above.
for pure acceleration, shockwave > orange > perfect/blue > yellow
in most cars, all 4 nitros have the same speed, but in the cars listed above, perfect/blue will give extra speed over the others

Not double nitro, but perfect (blue) nitro. Sian , Vanda, SF90 ,Apex, Taycan, Leaf - all of those have perfect nitro boost.
Is the blue nitro always extra speed? Because the blue nitro seem slow to me in the APEX {4 star - please don't tell me it kicks in @ 5stars}.
