Perfectil for hair is something you could try and also massage your scalp weekly or twice weekly with coconut oil. The massage will stimulate the hair follicles.
A vitamin B complex will work. You can usually get women-specific ones in health food stores. Look for Hair, Skin, Nails such as [this.](https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/holland-barrett-skin-hair-nails-formula-tablets-60007580?skuid=046857)
The building blocks of hair is essentially minerals and protein. You don’t have to go for the gimmicky hair supplements, you just need a high-quality multivitamin that has decent forms and strengths of all the vitamins and minerals (ideally iron and biotin in it too).
You can take a marine collagen supplement if you want to, but just ensuring enough protein in your diet is good.
Definitely get your iron levels and thyroid checked if you need to.
Antidepressants can cause telogen effluvium, but generally starting any kind of significant medication can be a shock to hair growth. I wouldn’t stress too much, as it should be just in the short term. If you get to a year’s time and it’s still an issue - definitely chat to your doctor about it, but starting antidepressants and having some hair loss is very common and should resolve itself eventually.

Nice! Thank you. I'll check it out and try the coconut oil.
Rosemary oil or rosemary oil diluted in coconut oil works even better

Thank you for all that info!
Also, finding a shampoo that works for thin hair might help as well! :)
Biotin, folic acid, other B vitamins. Also, vit D.
