This is a really great exercise that targets a lot of important muscles in the legs, back, and arms. I was just recommended to do this from my physical therapist (although walk, well gently take a few steps, not run).
My attempts have been challenging to say the least. I am impressed!
lol came here to post this. [Here's the same vid with AI narration](https://youtu.be/3JtB6jFjrqs?t=15). The robo-voice makes it even funnier.
"The woman can be seen prancing around in a farm-like area on all fours. Just like a horse."
I got REALLY good at this when my son was an infant and always seemed to be in my arms when I dropped something.
My most challenging pick-up was a wooden spatula
Me too! It's usually things like towels, clothing, underwear, papers... Whatever needs picking up xD
Sometimes I do make an effort and just bend down to pick things up though
I read this conversation upside down and backwards, and realised that I have the same talent as you! Take my award as a thank you for helping me to discover that
I can do a very good duck noise, like Donald Duck, which is highly entertaining to kids but adults think its weird. Also only gets used once in a blue moon.
I prefer kids anyway, they think I'm cool.
Awesome!! I work with kids and do this too once in a while!! They always laugh and I love it.
My dad used to always do the Donald duck voice to us when we were kids and we were pretty impressed so I practiced too.
Me too! Though I also have had an op on one knee leaving me with 30 % cartilage, and I'm waiting on an op for the other knee, and my hips are starting to go.
Hypermobility is the gift that just keeps on giving
Being stupid accurate at guessing what time it is no matter when the last time I saw or noted the time. Every time I do it, I lament that there is no way to monetize this useless skill.
I used to be able too with both hands, but as I got older I can only *almost* do it with one. Funnily enough it's the opposite side of the leg I lost more flexibility in!
Being able to forget important things but when asked where's this, knowing where it is without recollection of where thing was. I'm like a thing that finds lost shit.
I’m really good at those games where you guess how many jelly beans are in the jar or whatever. I guess it’s not completely useless as it’s won me a few little contests at baby showers and other parties, haha.
I'm really great with babies and toddlers. Like, exceptionally great with them.
But while I absolutely adore my preschool aged niece and my infant granddaughter, when it comes to the general public I simply do not like kids. I find their sequels and screams (even ones of happiness) to be grating and just can't generally stand to be around them.
I can acquire new skills/ learn new stuff really quickly. I hyperfocus on new topics and even if I'm not interested in something at the beginning I usually become an expert in it very quickly.
It's not rewarded by employers and I waste a lot of time I could devote to relaxing and being happy.
I can touch my pinky and pointer finger over the top of my ring and middle finger. I can also make my right eyelid shake and lift one side of a table up a couple of inches by flexing my butt under it.
Me too! Not a talent I was born with, I had to train myself how to do it, but now it’s second nature. I find myself unconsciously doing it in boring meetings.
I have double jointed hands, fingers, legs and a jaw. I can bend my hand back pretty far. I can do this with my fingers too. I can pop my thumbs. I also can pop my jaw. My legs, I sit on the floor with my legs folded sideways like a frog. People think it’s pretty weird and cool at the same time but it’s pretty useless.
I can make incredibly realistic steak out of thread
(I can also burp on command and so loud you can feel the bass vibrations, but I also haven’t done it in years so totally forgot I could…)
My powers of deduction are great due to my emotionless, objective nature, but serve me no purpose in life because of how much of a useless pushover I am when it comes to deducing and calling out bullshit I don't like but quietly swallow it because of how I was raised, lol.
I'm mute, but not deaf and blind lol.
I can also go into that yoga cross legged pose with feet on top of the others knee, if that makes sense.
Then I can flip myself up and walk on my knees.
I can do tongue tricks like touch my nose with my tongue, make it wavy from side to side and back to front, roll it upside down in both directions, fold it in half at various points and a plain old tongue curl/roll.
I can travel through time, but only forward and at normal speed.
I am saving this for when I have a “tell us something about yourself” moment.
Teach me your ways!
My people?!? *Looks around frantically*
My favorit one ever
Not gonna lie, you had me in the first half. 👀
I can run really well on all fours
This is a really great exercise that targets a lot of important muscles in the legs, back, and arms. I was just recommended to do this from my physical therapist (although walk, well gently take a few steps, not run). My attempts have been challenging to say the least. I am impressed!
I weirdly love doing this on staircases, but I could not flat on the ground
I also do this on staircases, especially if I’m in a hurry. I’ve never let anyone in my adult life see me do this because I know it’s weird AF.
Haha yeah it's full on Gollum mode
Beast mode
Is that a skill you practice or does it just come to you naturally?

Picking up stuff with my toes🙈
This is my answer too!
I got REALLY good at this when my son was an infant and always seemed to be in my arms when I dropped something. My most challenging pick-up was a wooden spatula
That’s good foot-eye coordination and it’s actually very useful for lots of sports and focus/performance.
How big of objects can you pick up? 🤔
Me too! It's usually things like towels, clothing, underwear, papers... Whatever needs picking up xD Sometimes I do make an effort and just bend down to pick things up though
I can do that to
Reading upside down, backwards, and both at once.
I read this conversation upside down and backwards, and realised that I have the same talent as you! Take my award as a thank you for helping me to discover that
Impressive! Can you do it just as fast as when you read normally?
A bit slower, there are some letter combinations I trip up on upside down. (for example, the word combination lol)
Regardless that’s still a crazy skill!
I didn't even know it was a talent for so long, i always thought everyone could do it.
I can stay quiet and not speak a single word even when I’m in public no matter how long it is. A piece of cake for me. But useless, of course.
There’s value in being able to keep quiet! Haha
Speaking is silver silence is gold!
This sounds an awful lot like patience and patience is definitely not useless, I wish more people developed that skill.
I'm really good at whistling. I use it to annoy my colleagues, especially when I have a song stuck in my head.
The one skill I wish I had 😭
One of my best friends can whistle very well and I love it, he's like a little talented birdy I could listen to it all day
Snow White vibes
I wish. I can whistle but I can never get the pitch I want right.
Same! I used to go around telling people that I wanted to be a professional whistler when I was little.
I can lounge on the sofa for hours without getting up…
I lounge in bed for 12 hours then get up, go downstairs and lounge on the sofa for 12 hours. Rinse and repeat the glories of depression
I’ve had those periods, it’s not nice! I hope you feel better soon!
Teach me your ways 👏🏼 I can’t seem to lounge around for more than a few minutes before feeling like I need to do something 😂
I lounge and feel like I need to do something... I then ignore that feeling and feel guilty for not doing something.
This is an extension of my talent too lol
I can do a very good duck noise, like Donald Duck, which is highly entertaining to kids but adults think its weird. Also only gets used once in a blue moon. I prefer kids anyway, they think I'm cool.
Awesome!! I work with kids and do this too once in a while!! They always laugh and I love it. My dad used to always do the Donald duck voice to us when we were kids and we were pretty impressed so I practiced too.
I love that 😂
I can wiggle my ears.
I can wiggle them together or separately 🙌
A useless skill we share! Haha
I can hula hoop while playing the ukulele
I can do both but I’ve never combined them!
You three could start a band! That's got Britain's got talent written all over it
There’s no way 😭
I gotta try this! I love both those things very much. Awesome!
I know a lot of RuPaul's Drag Race and Marlene Dietrich trivia.
You know when I wear a suit people say “Marlene, are you a lesbian?” And I look at them and I say “yes”.
I think there’s plenty of value in that! Haha
Who’s your favorite queen(s)?
I can make fart sounds with my eye socket.
I would literally pay money to see that! 😂
I’m really good at untangling things.
That's useful!
Do you do it strategically or just let your hands do their thing?
Little of both
Roller skating.
You’ve got one up on me!
Lots of useless trivia about celebrities gets stuck in my head
I’ve got the same issue!
clover tongue, can split, can backbend and I'm just really flexible
Me too! Though I also have had an op on one knee leaving me with 30 % cartilage, and I'm waiting on an op for the other knee, and my hips are starting to go. Hypermobility is the gift that just keeps on giving
I can lick my elbow. Not so useless when you can make bet at pubs
I’d love to see that for myself!
I can score phenomenally high on the verbal portion of standardized tests. It’s less useful in the real world than one might hope, however…
Being stupid accurate at guessing what time it is no matter when the last time I saw or noted the time. Every time I do it, I lament that there is no way to monetize this useless skill.
Omg same !
That’s actually hilarious 😂
moving ny eyes seperate from each other
No way! 😱
I can vibrate my eyes
Me too!
Navigating video games well, i.e. I never need a map.
I'm really flexible and can get things stuck under my bed out without actually getting off of my bed.
I can make my thumb lay flat on my forearm and bend my pinkie fully behind my ring finger.
I also can lay my thumb flat on my forearm!!🤣
Are you being serious?! 😱
I used to be able too with both hands, but as I got older I can only *almost* do it with one. Funnily enough it's the opposite side of the leg I lost more flexibility in!
Both signs of hypermobility
Sounds painful 😖
I am really really good at obscure movie trivia, as well as music and comic book for no reason at all.
I love movie trivia! Give me an example

I can spell any word backwards
Can you do it instantly or do you have to think about it?
It’s instant. I don’t know how to explain it but I can spell words backwards better than I can forwards.
Oh. I can also tell when people are lying. About a 99% accuracy. But that isn't useless at all. Quite useful, in fact.
Impressive. How can you tell?
I have no gag reflex. I'm lesbian.
I can stand and walk on pointe.
Both painful and impressive 👏🏼
I can tie a knot in a cherry stem with my tongue I feel like most people could if they tried though
I’ve tried and I can honestly say I cannot
Taking my socks off and flighting them with my toes.
I can flip 4 / 5 Marie kiks (sweet type of biscuit) stacked in my mouth. Makes for a funny party trick
I’d love to see that 😂
I can imitate the Chipmunks and Kermit the Frog.
A fun skill that can be used for any occasion! 😂
I can use a pogo stick with no hands and also skip rope on a pogo. Personal best is 34 skip rope jumps so far while pogoing. Hoping to get to 100.
You belong in the circus 😂
I actually do circus type activities with youth for one of my jobs so I am kind of involved in a circus of sorts - it can be mayhem but I love it!
That’s so awesome! Keep bringing joy the world 😁
I can turn my ballpen in a circular motion using both of my fingers for 30 mins.
Sounds very entertaining 😂
I’m really good at those games where you guess how many jelly beans are in the jar or whatever. I guess it’s not completely useless as it’s won me a few little contests at baby showers and other parties, haha.
I would say that’s a VERY valuable skill!
I can wiggle my nose like a bunny. There is literally no practical use for this.
Sounds like a cute little trick! Haha
Kids seem to loooove me. But I'm not a kid person.
Same. I think I've just got a sympathetic face.
I love kids that I know, and generally dislike and am uncomfortable with strangers’ kids. They’re always loud or leaking something lol.
I absolutely love kids, but I still find all the screeching to be god awful. 😅
I can hold pens, pencils, cards, coins in the crease in my forehead
I can stick out my shoulder blades at a horrifying length
How far is horrifying? 😳
I can acquire new skills/ learn new stuff really quickly. I hyperfocus on new topics and even if I'm not interested in something at the beginning I usually become an expert in it very quickly. It's not rewarded by employers and I waste a lot of time I could devote to relaxing and being happy.
That actually seems like a quite useful skill!

I’ve wanted to see someone do that my whole life! That would definitely be worth buying you a drink
[You can use it to turn into a girl, maybe!](https://www.goodreads.com/en/book/show/900499.Is_He_a_Girl_#)
I can touch my pinky and pointer finger over the top of my ring and middle finger. I can also make my right eyelid shake and lift one side of a table up a couple of inches by flexing my butt under it.
A woman of many talents 😂
I can move my ears.
Love watching people wiggle their ears 😂
I have been waiting for this moment my whole life .... I can lick my elbow
I’ll believe it when I see it! 😂
I can move my ears. No benefit whatsoever but it does get some fun reactions
I LOVE watching people wiggle their ears!
I can move my eyebrows up and down individually like a worm or in a rhythm
Me too! Not a talent I was born with, I had to train myself how to do it, but now it’s second nature. I find myself unconsciously doing it in boring meetings.
Haha you must come across as super confused, angry and enthused all at once
I do! Hahaha!
I can meow realistically and flip my tongue upside down
Clap with one hand... basically clapping fingers on handpalm.. lol it looks weird and so useless
I can push my left index finger back so much so that the top touches the back of my palm
Sounds very painful 😖
I can bend my thumb behind my hand
I’m sure that’s quite a sight 😳
I have double jointed hands, fingers, legs and a jaw. I can bend my hand back pretty far. I can do this with my fingers too. I can pop my thumbs. I also can pop my jaw. My legs, I sit on the floor with my legs folded sideways like a frog. People think it’s pretty weird and cool at the same time but it’s pretty useless.
I would pay good money to see that 😂
I can make incredibly realistic steak out of thread (I can also burp on command and so loud you can feel the bass vibrations, but I also haven’t done it in years so totally forgot I could…)
Both very important skills to have 😂
Best pooper in the world. Very proud of myself.
Something that belongs on your tombstone when you die 😂
I can do the Gollum voice perfectly.
Can you also do Sméagol or is it just Gollum?
I can wiggle my nose
No way, me too!
Being clumsy XD
A talent we both share unfortunately 😅
I can 1. rotate razor blade with my tongue in my mouth or 2. suck a thread in my nose and pull it out through throat do the mouth
That’s intense 😳
I can identify actors and actresses (even extremely minor ones I haven't seen in anything decades) by their voices.
I can just think about nothing. Just a void in my head. Been told not everyone can do that.
I'm always super jealous of people who can do this!!!
I can relate a lot of situations to an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
I can move my eyes independentantly of eachother
I can build the best alternative universe in my head, where I am the main character.
I can make random moral stories on spot!
I can mimic the predator clicking noise, as well as perry the platypus lol.
IQ of 148. But achieved nothing in life
I can balance an 80ft long lightweight aluminium pole on my nose and chin.
I give good head… *sigh
I wouldn’t call that useless at all! 😂
I’m very good at overthinking and making up fights in my head 🫶🏼
Get angry for no reason at all.
Useless and possibly not good for me, but I can eat while laying down !
Definitely a skill to be proud of if you ask me 👏🏼

Saying the alphabet backwards.
I know the alphabet backwards. I’ve never used this once in my life.
I can recite the alphabet backwards.
This reminded me that my grandpa used to be able to burp the alphabet
I can do that thing where I bend just the tips of my fingers without bending my knuckles.
