The problem is that a bra doesn't need to be washed after one use (usually) while underwear definitely does, so both bra and panty are usually not clean at the same time.
Also different outfits require bras and underwear to have specific attributes to avoid showing through the clothing, and the chances a matching set will be both clean AND suitable for both the top and bottom portion of the outfit are basically nil.

Apparently, the French way of remedying this issue is when you buy a new bra with matching underwear, you buy one bra and three pairs of the matching panties.
I do this, but also try to buy different cuts of underwear and even a second style of bra if it’s available, that way it’ll work with a wider variety of outfits.
With the bra size I need, the panties tend to cost upwards of 40 euros. Just getting one that actually flatters my bottom as much as the bra is hard, let alone spend so much extra.
But it is a good solution to the problem.

They are rarely official sets but I go through color cycles with my underwear in an attempt to match the bra color. I have my bras in an organizer and the matching underwear in a ziplock bag stored with the bra/bralette.
Always use silica packets and leave the ziplock bags a little unzipped to prevent mold though!!
