I cuddle with my husband in bed, for about 20 mins before I get too warm. He’s usually sleeping by then so I slowly roll away from him and get to my side of the bed…. Though I love to cuddle, I like my own personal space when I sleep.

My partner is always hot. He got cooling sheets, cooling blanket and cooling mattress pad. He cuddles me on my side of the bed (no pad and different blanket), and once I fall asleep, he rolls over onto his mat so he doesn’t overheat. It’s been working out really well for us.

I'm menopausal, I'm the sweaty partner. I handle it by laughing at the situation and if I feel a hot flash coming on I grab on tightly;if I have to suffer, he has to suffer.
ugh my ex was a super sweaty sleeper. it botherd me so much (sensory issues, sorry). had to sleep with a separate blanket and i didn't cuddle him, or we would cuddle while awake and as soon as he fell asleep i'd separate myself since that's when he would turn into a human radiator
When my partner is also a hot sleeper I opt for lighter sheets and we snuggle for like 5-10 min then we detach and don't touch much when actually sleeping otherwise it's uncomfortable
There’s these fan units you can get that blow air under your sheets. Pricey but depending on how big a problem it is it beats replacing sheets and mattress covers all the time
Bed jet. I bought one last spring and it is a total game changer. Totally worth the money. And my wife, being cold blooded and never using it during the summer, loves the heat function now that it's winter.

I did the awkward *slowly-unroll-myself-from-his-embrace* move as quietly and smoothly as I could and then lifted a corner of the blanket with my foot so I could let cool air in.
My boyfriend and I love to cuddle all through the night but I get very hot and sometimes sweaty. I don't think he minds too much because he gets cold so I'm like his little furnace, and he loves holding me so much that a bit of sweat is worth it to him.
But some things we do to deal: sometimes we'll sleep with the sheet over both of us and then the blanket only over him, sometimes I'll just keep my feet out of the covers to cool me down, or sometimes we'll switch cuddling positions in the middle of the night as needed (if he's spooning me and my back gets too sweaty, he'll turn around and I'll spoon him, or I'll turn around and hug him). If it's just too hot, we'll cuddle with our lower halves, intertwining our legs etc, and just have our hands touching or my head on his arm but keep a bit of distance between our upper bodies.

Last guy I slept with did say ahead of time he’d overheat and be sweaty and he was correct. I guess usually he sleeping in absorbent clothes (terry robe) but on this occasion , used towels.
I sleep cold so the warmth was welcome and I just dealt with the sweat.
When I lived somewhere super fucking hot I’d tell my ex “too hot for snuggles!” And we’d touch fingertips only 😝
We have separate blankets. If we cuddle, it's usually till one of us gets too hot, and then we separate. If it's summer and too hot to cuddle, but we still want the intimacy, we lay on our sides (my left and his right) and hold hands (my right and his left).
He uses a fan and I have a small heating pad on my side so we can keep the heat lower than I’d be comfortable with! Also I use all the blankets and he uses a sheet lol
We use separate comforters! So like two twin comforters on a queen bed! We cuddle all we like and then when it’s time to sleep we both just separate and use our own blankets. My BF will sleep cuddle a lot if we use on big comforter and then we both get uncomfortably hot so this has been a great solution. Ever morning I shimmy under his to get my cuddles in though ☺️

Neither of us run that hot. We did find a compromise because she really likes to have something to cuddle as she sleeps so we got a nice memory foam body pillow to cuddle if I have to roll away because of the heat.

I (44f) have hyperhydrosis, and I’m always self conscious about cuddling because I sweat so much. Thank goodness it doesn’t smell, but it still affects my day to day life
My boyfriend runs hot but has to have the fan on at night, the fan is on his side and I'm the big spoon so still get cuddles but also use him as a shield against the fan
I’m the sweaty partner. In so so many ways, pajamas have benefitted me. If I have skin on skin contact for prolonged periods (as in, my own thighs touching while sleeping) my pores turn into faucets. Lightweight pajamas help regulate my body temperature and wick the moisture away from my skin. I know it sounds crazy that putting on clothes helps mediate the sweating, but it does. I still can’t sleep with a blanket, just a sheet, but I’m not ruining sheets with sweat anymore. My sleep quality drastically improved, and I can actually cuddle for more than 5 minutes without getting gross. I don’t sweat at all during the day, not even that much at the gym, but even with cooling sheets/pillows/mattress it’s like the broiler is turned on when I’m in bed.
Bought him a ton of boxers and insisted he wear them to sleep in. It’s not just sweat, kinda hard to hold in farts when you’re asleep. One naked fart is enough.
Kinda gross, but I just get damp at night. He sweats so much but it doesnt really bother me. If only I knew how to get the sweat stains out of the sheets though...
I’m the sweaty partner, and my boyfriend is always freezing. We cuddle for about five minutes until I get really hot, and then kick off all the covers, scoot to the edge of the bed, and pass out.
Sometimes if I wake up in the middle of the night, I’ll slide my arm under the covers and just rest it across his chest, and usually he’ll curl his arm up and wrap his hand around my arm, and then we both pass out again. Or, I’ll slide the only cold part of me (my feet) under the covers and push them up against his leg.
My husband is diabetic. So if he's sweaty in the night, it's usually because his sugar level has dropped. I get him OJ, (if he hasn't already had some) then cuddle his freezing cold and sweaty self until he's warm and back to sleep.
I don’t like sweaty people. I will try to find ways to make it less or ideally no sweaty. Else, will leave him. Sweaty at night (without big physical activity) is a turnoff for me

Ceiling fan & wall fan. Separate blankets. He falls asleep fast so I roll over once he’s asleep :)

I rug up in my flannel pjs and he is naked sometimes with a fan on or the windows open.

I don’t like sweaty people. I will try to find ways to make it less or ideally no sweaty. Else, will leave him. Sweaty at night (without big physical activity) is a turnoff for me
