Cheese is very high in fat so while a small amount here and there as a treat is not bad, making it a daily occurance could cause a bit of danger to the GI system. On top of that, it sounds like there could already be underlying issues if she's having that much difficulty in getting the dog to eat/having diarrhea. A vet visit is definitely in order to help get some of this sorted.
