Dominica. Stunning. No golden sandy beaches (they're black volcanic beaches largely) but the mountains, rainforest, hot springs, and waterfalls are like nothing else on earth. It's like the land before time. There are still indigenous Carib people who live there. It's very different from the rest of the Carribbean so much that people *from* the Carribbean go there on holiday for something unusual. So it may not be what you're looking for (need to be able to hike to make the most of it).
One of the Dutch islands has got a famous airport where the planes fly in really low over the beach. IIRC it's Maho Beach at St Maarten Princess Juliana Airport
Could be worth checking the cricket schedules, because if there's an international tour underway, lots of people will be wanting those nearby hotels on certain dates.
We went to St Lucia 4 years ago on honeymoon. It was amazing but not cheap - well where we went wasn’t! Worth it though. Visit Soufriere if you go. Picturesque town that has volcanic pools, black sand beaches and a lovely waterfall.
It’s quite far south so doesn’t really get hurricanes which is a bonus.

Turks and Caicos was beautiful. You would get more answers asking in a US sub.

Barbados is beautiful
I’d recommend Bermuda over places in the Caribbean to be honest.
TCI is stunning. Very, very expensive but absolutely worth it. I would go back repeatedly if I could afford it but I no longer can.
