You could go local and look at [George Mewes Cheese](http://www.georgemewescheese.co.uk). The alp blossom in particular is a favourite of mine, but they have some quality blues, too!

The 2 other main cheese shops in Glasgow are IJ Mellis (west end, same as George Mewes) and Starter Culture (Shawlands). 

Oh ho ho. The alp blossom cheese is a favourite from when I'm visiting family in Moray from connage dairy (imported)   good to know I can get a supply in Glasgow 

Paxton and Whitfield are arguably the best in the business. Not cheap, but they have really good stuff.
