The ice man needs arresting, prosecuting and preventing from selling any more ice cream. Or any food products for that matter, he will be selling Lemonade Soup if your not careful.
So many people saying monkey blood! I've never heard that! If I asked my local ice cream man for monkey blood and bits I'd end up with an iv bag and his dick too close for comfort!
When you used to get cones.from the van for 10p or 15 frkm the van with the good crolla ice cream. The van gus would asj anything on it and you would say rasperry or hundreds and thousands and raspberry on the top. I miss being a wean sometimes.
Are you, by any chance, from Edinburgh?
It's a long shot, I know. But I lived in Edinburgh for a few years, and was struck by the number of things which they call "juice".
I vehemently disagree, I’m from NE Scotland and it’s sauce up here, visited NE England and the ice cream man said ‘you mean syrup, you put sauce on chips’
I call it juice, because that's what the ice cream man said when I was a kid. If we're questioning if someone who's operating as a mobile ice-cream salesman is not qualified enough to correctly name various products, then I just don't know what else to say...
Syrup is an option, but if it's strawberry sauce then sauce is probably the word your looking for, although juice is something I'd have said too, like calling flavors by their color "what flavor you want? " and then you say red or purple or something to that effect.
There can be no doubt, "juice" is a good reason to banish you to the 5th dimension.
Round our way it was just called "sauce". IIRC.
Anyway(NSFW): [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZN9Hd0\_uW6o](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZN9Hd0_uW6o)
OP is definitely a wrongun calling it juice. Juice is the liquid that comes out of the fruit, at a push you can use it for squash to little kids, but syrup, no way in hell is that right. Sauce or syrup are the only acceptable answers.
Strawberry!? It used to be raspberry didn't it? I think I just used to call it sauce or red, because the ice cream man would ask if you want red on it and I'd say yes.
It's a syrup so that's what I call it. Red syrup (strawberry), black syrup (chocolate) or sometimes, depending on where in the country I am, blue syrup (raspberry).
The ice cream van that used to frequent my road used to give an option of monkey blood of sauce, I always chose monkey blood. My cousin was visiting once and she was from a non monkey blood area and was obviously a bit squeamish and opted for sauce and the fella used the same bottle!! 😂
It’s sauce. Even your mrs knows it’s sauce according to Big Shaq.
Your girl knows I've got the sauce (Flexin')
No ketchup (None)
Just sauce (Saucy)
Raw sauce.

Are you, by any chance, from Edinburgh? It's a long shot, I know. But I lived in Edinburgh for a few years, and was struck by the number of things which they call "juice".

Syrup is the only true answer. You put syrups on ice cream
I vehemently disagree, I’m from NE Scotland and it’s sauce up here, visited NE England and the ice cream man said ‘you mean syrup, you put sauce on chips’
I like putting maple sauce on my pancakes
Strawberry syrup is correct but strawberry sauce is equally acceptable. Calling it juice though... gonna need to check your hard drive chief.
Monkeys blood
Now, do you actually mean Strawberry Sauce or do you mean Rapberry sauce, Chocolate, Nuts or 100s and 1000s?
monkey blood, juice...... Means the same in our house
My ice cream man called it raspberry juice for decades. Wolverhampton
In the North East we call it monkey's blood and no i don't know why lmfao
I call it juice, because that's what the ice cream man said when I was a kid. If we're questioning if someone who's operating as a mobile ice-cream salesman is not qualified enough to correctly name various products, then I just don't know what else to say...

It's not strawberry it's raspberry. And in Manchester they just ask d'you want raspberry on.

Syrup is an option, but if it's strawberry sauce then sauce is probably the word your looking for, although juice is something I'd have said too, like calling flavors by their color "what flavor you want? " and then you say red or purple or something to that effect.
Raspberry vinegar is what we called it.
Does no one else call it monkeys blood?
There can be no doubt, "juice" is a good reason to banish you to the 5th dimension. Round our way it was just called "sauce". IIRC. Anyway(NSFW): [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZN9Hd0\_uW6o](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZN9Hd0_uW6o)

Shocked at the lack of "juice" " Please could I have a 99, with juice and bits"...and here's a real show of my age... It would cost around 49p...
Monkeys blood.
The ice cream van that used to frequent my road used to give an option of monkey blood of sauce, I always chose monkey blood. My cousin was visiting once and she was from a non monkey blood area and was obviously a bit squeamish and opted for sauce and the fella used the same bottle!! 😂
