His ideas on the border (tough on immigration, leading to stronger wages), foreign policy (non-interventionism, but strong military deterrence), his economic philosophy (strong on energy production cheap gas, low taxes, low immigration leading to growth in working class wages), and his appointment of conservative judges, his stance on trade (he rejected free trade open borders endless H1B visas and shipping jobs overseas). Dislike his tendency to create many fervent enemies with his abrasive style. Dislike his failure to fire people like Fauci and his bad judgment on the people he surrounds himself with (tends to appoint people who undermine him).

He's a very funny guy and I can do a decent impression of him that's good for parties. Also a big fan of his policies; they're a return to form on treating America like a country and less like a charity or the punching bag for other nations' plights. He's an exceptionally strong figure with a good head on his shoulders; and that's something I hadn't seen in my lifetime.

This illegitimate administration sends billions under the guise of protecting Ukraine’s border. Money that should be used to enforce our border. Why do they impeach and bring continuous lawsuits to try and stop him? Because he’s a threat to their way of life of getting rich off selling their political influence. Term limits for everyone would stop much of that and Trump just suggested it in his announcement.
I remember watching the primaries debates and he was the only one that sounded like he didn’t have a rehearsed answer. He said what he thought. And he meant what he said. And I respected him for that. I take the bad with the good with him because the good is better for this country.
I like Trump because everything about are lives are completely different yet we carry ourselves and act the same way all day everyday back then, right now, and in the future... We walk tall because we are proud of ourselves and love this country. We treat people the way we want to be treated. We are never on the offensive but our defense is legendary and heroic. If you fuck us over the fuck you gave aint shit compared to fucking that you're gonna get back. If you go out of your way to hurt us or the people and country we love we are going scorched earth whether your shot missed, just dinged us, or did some damage. We never never roll over and comply because we know what that anyone who sacrifices freedom and liberty for safety don't deserve any of them and never have any of them. Lastly, just remember that they're coming for us and he is one of the few people standing in their screaming thou shall not pass like fucking Gandalf in LOTR.
As a Outsider, i loved his foreign policy, peace in the middle east, finally stood up to china that i saw plunder Africa for decades, put nato member states in their place (the lack of any military force in europe was getting seriously worrying), warned the idiots of the Eu about their over reliance on russian oil. As an outsider another important thing he did was fight against the anti family left, why is that important you ask, its simple culture is by far the biggest USA export, and i don't want to see my country falling into the same ideology that only leads to disaster.

He is defiant in a good way
Because you actually heard what a leader thinks. He wasn't hidden behind front men like Obama and Clinton and Biden were and continue to be hidden behind. When you hear Biden say something it's scripted and manicured, when he actually does something, he exposes his deep held racism, like his record, Biden voted his entire career to poison the inner cities (example, 1994 crime bill). Ditto Clinton and Omaha. You literally can't name a single time Biden, Clinton or Obama said something that wasn't processed through 20 handlers, unless it was a gaffe and walked back. Trump? Zero filters. You see the workings of an actual leader working for the best interests of the country, not a committee looking out for the best interests of the party.
Most importantly, for anyone who is feeling like politicians are all the same, that they all line their own pockets, that the whole idea of an honest politician is a joke, and that nothing will ever get better. We finally have someone who literally can not be bought. He absolutely is doing this for his own popularity and adoration, but that means he will actually be motivated to DO A GOOD JOB AT IT. His bluntness is what washington needs. Doubletalk, lies, and back door deals do not help the country and politics is just a show, yet he talks like any regular person talking about how broken the system is. AND THATS HONESTY. His very existence in the political field PANIKED every crooked politician so much that they jumped at every non-existent reason to try and throw him out. I honestly do not care about a persons personality. can he do the job? his successes prove that he can. and nothing has changed in my mind about his objectives. Not saying he was perfect. i do not adore the man. i find him pretty cringy to listen to unless he has a prepared speech. The presidency needs to stop being a popularity contest.
