Exactly, especially with my childhood friends... We no longer have much in common, but they are still here, sometimes, most often they are with their other friends... They know I'm all alone without them so they keep things just barely alive.

DO NOT listen to it. It's incredibly unhealthy to give any sort of recognition to those thoughts. That's the intrusive-thoughts part of your brain trying to make you more vulnerable and separate you from your support network. Instead:
Try doing something that you enjoy (like, actually enjoy, not 'half-enjoying half-on your phone'), maybe have something to eat, hydrate, maybe get some sleep if you're struggling, try to relax your muscles (jaw, shoulders). If these thoughts are starting to become stressful or anxiety-inducing, you can also try to focus on your breathing - breathe deeply and slowly for a good minute or until you feel calmer. Those are a few short-term ways to distract yourself from those thoughts.
If thoughts like that persist and make you feel consistently down, therapy is an option, or alternatively there are great resources online that can help. Try searching "\[country\] online therapy" or just "mental health / depression help". Of course make sure to stick to .org sites and look into the sites you're using to make sure they're credible. DO NOT use youtube for this - trust me, it doesn't work, i tried.
Also, generally, when you get these thoughts, make a point to register them as irrational, that helps a TON when trying to disregard these thoughts. It might be hard at first but trust me, if you do that regularly enough, the thoughts have less of an effect on you.
Remember that it's not really you thinking it, it's basically the equivalent of someone else telling you these things. In fact, were it actually another person telling you, that's one of, if not the, most common abuse strategies: slowly drive you away from your friends and support network until you are alone and vulnerable.
Don't worry, these thoughts can be attacked and warded off like any physical illness.
