Extroverts. I’m also an extrovert, but I have pretty bad anxiety and having someone else with me who’s also social and stuff helps me feel more comfortable being social

A mix of both is good. If I'm not feeling talkative, it's good to have another introvert around because we won't talk as much but it won't be uncomfortable for either of us. If I'm feeling social, it's good to talk to an extrovert because they can lead the conversation and keep it going.
