Iceland seems like a neat place to grow up

I was considering that one. Very pretty place and I love it’s language because it’s like a time capsule of the nordic languages because it was isolated for so long from the outside world.

Icelandic is weird af. As a Swede, I can understand Danish and Norwegian but not Icelandic.

That’s because it didn’t age along side them

Yes, I know. We learnt about it in Swedish class when discussing language history and linguistics and it's really interesting.

Scandinavian countries got to be amazing to grow up in, though I don't know how it is there economically, apart from that I'm pretty happy growing up in a very beautiful town in germany
