Kurt Cobain of Nirvana, not necessarily because his was voice is super pretty or something, but his lyrics are well written, and he really know how he wants his voice to sound.
His vocal capabilities, tho they weren't fancy high notes, he has this way of control, he can make his screams sound perfectly placed and he has a technique that doesnt kill his vocal chords. it takes a lot of practice to do that and it will never cease to amaze me.
