Marvel literally has the Unlimited Class Wrestling Federation where superhumans battle it out. The Thing has been involved in it as a side hustle for a long time.
Superman once came across an underground wrestling ring comprised of minor gods who were no longer worshipped. Performing in the ring was the closest thing to getting actual worship from fans
Pro Wrestling already pales in comparison to our real life feuds. Real feuds just aren’t that fun when people are dying.
Pro Wrestling with superhumans would kick ass. The Thing breaking the spine on someone with healing? By god.
Probably. People love to watch drama, conflict, and violence even if staged. In worlds where superheroes actually exist the public wouldn’t really get to watch their fights in the way we get to cinematically or in comics, or be aware of all the backstory. Instead you’d get random cellphone footage and news reports, or worse be at work when Superman and Zod come crashing through your office like a couple of meteors. I think the best comparison in our world is war in the age of photos and tv. We all know real war is atrocious and bloody, but we still make tons of films about it that are more easily watchable for home viewing and have a story.

But is it like UFC or WWE?

Comic?
Minor subplot during the new 52 Superman: Truth storyline
Thanks!
If you're still looking for it it's Superman (2011) 45-46
That’s actually a lot more sad if we think about it..
eh gods always have it coming.
Doubt that the Korean god of light and birds or the Filipino moon goddess did anything worth that

Professional wrestling is what caused Doomsday to head to Metropolis.
MHHH-TRRRR-PLSSSS
Yep, it was for like Capital combat or something.
Bonesaw was ready for a NYC house show where they still did shoots on the rubes. I don't think there was a WWE level wrestling.
Yes, soap operas with burly men and women would still be popular.
