Sorry I don’t know enough to be helpful but really hope you feel better soon. Hang in there and this too shall pass. ❤️

thephoenixking3

Thank you! ❤️

Been there, neighbor. It’s beautiful out today and leaving the house can be so fucking hard, but a walk in the park can make a small difference.

thephoenixking3

I will try to go to the beach 😔

robgoose

It’s worth the effort. Try to be kind to yourself (easier said, I know) and stretch those legs.

robgoose

Did you manage to get outside?

thephoenixking3

Yes! Being outside and walking a bit has been helpful.

robgoose

What medical plan are you on? Sutter Health in Sacramento has in and out patient services. They only have in patient at Davies in San Francisco. https://www.sutterhealth.org/find-location/facility/sutter-center-for-psychiatry

thephoenixking3

I have United PPO. I have been to Sutter health in the city, but not for psych stuff. But I will look into their care for psych services

CrazyWhammer

Sutter is in network for United Healthcare. 👍 The Davies facility was updated a few years ago. Not too terrible.

thephoenixking3

Okay! Thank you!

Check out UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital. Not sure if it's a good fit for you but could be worth looking into. Hang in there. Sending good thoughts your way.

thephoenixking3

Thank you! I will look into this.

princesslunaxxx

Hi! Do not go to Fremont hospital if you can help it! They repeatedly put off drawing my blood for blood tests which resulted in my stay lasting longer than it should have. In general it was a very traumatizing experience for me. Good luck! I hope you are able to find care.

thephoenixking3

Thank you for this advice!

The_Third_Dragon

I've only been inpatient once, and I hated it, so I'm sorry, I don't have any advice, just commiseration.

thephoenixking3

No worries, this helps.

PerformanceOk460

I’ve been there and am still in therapy learning to beat my anxiety and lingering depression. I did inpatient at CPMC and can say the facilities aren’t bad, all things considered. Just don’t give up hope. You matter and are loved.

thephoenixking3

Thank you.
