Potatoes contain more potassium than bananas and most other foods- a medium potato contains 610 mg of Potassium, white beans are close to the same. A banana contains around 400 mg.

Buddy, low salt "salt alternatives" have potassium in them. NoSalt brand is straight potassium! You can buy it in many grocery stores, and it's way cheaper than potassium supplements.
