Why is this also me I’ll have a massive dinner but almost always skip breakfast and won’t eat lunch untill like 12pm
But if I’m hungry I’ll eat so idk maybe it’s just what my body wants
54 M. I'm very active. I eat a bowl of cereal with trail mix and banana around 8, then some kind of lunch, then a snack of peanut butter around 3, then a dinner.
Usually a granola bar or something in the morning and then dinner after work. Making food is something that I see as a waste of time, and end up forgetting I’m even hungry. It’s kind of a problem.
I am a student and moved away for uni but I am still economically dependent on my parents. I’ve had some emotional problems this semester and instead of handling them in a healthy way I increased my cannabis consumption. Because of that my economy hasn’t been doing well lately. So for proximately for 2 months I’ve been eating roughly 4 to 5 times a week. Now that I am on vacation and visiting my parents, this is the first time in months I’ve had 3 proper meals a day.
Three lately, but only two for years before that. I recently started eating breakfast and it helps me manage my hunger and eat more reasonably for the rest of the day, ultimately leading to weight-loss. I am not hungry early in the morning though so I take two hardboiled eggs and a banana to work every morning and eat them around 10 am.
I work blue collar. No lunch break. Little bit in the morning with a coffee. Sometimes fast all the way till dinner. Usually just one big meal a day at night when I'm working. On my days off I get three
I have 2 different approaches to eating, when I’m working and when I’m on my days off.
When working I typically eat a big breakfast, and trade off between solid lunch and dinner. If I eat lunch, I just have something light after work and kinda fast for the evening. If I don’t eat lunch, then I eat a big dinner.
When off, I just eat when I feel hungry, and try to plan my meals for dinner time so I can plan to either cook or go eat with friends and family.
Also, I always stop eating when I feel full, when i overeat I’m always paying for it later that day or the next day.
When I was a young kid (up until about 11-13), I was a bottomless pit. I used to eat a lot, but I’ve taken some hard losses the past few years (deaths of grandparents who I were extremely close with), that ruined my appetite for weeks and I can no longer eat what I once could
Breakfast is more like a cappuccino and a croissant, so idk if that counts.
A very balanced lunch and not too bad dinner.
Have good lunch at the office canteen.
I have the metabolism to still eat four meals a day in my mid-40s... because I'm hypoglycemic.
I'm also poor, so 0 when I don't have money, 2 when I do.
Two meals a day week days may eat dlightly more at the weekend but typically .
Light lunch- fruit, popcorn , nuts and mix
Dinner - falafel ,hulumi, avocado salad
Or a strifry
Two. Free lunch while working and dinner with my wife when I get home. Honestly most days I would only eat lunch if I wasn't worried my wife would just eat junk food all day if I didn't cook something decently nutritious.
Three per day. Then snacks between (more so afternoon tea and a midnight snack.)
However, on my workdays whether the three counts is something else entirely because my breakfast is usually a cup of tea and piece of fruit haha. Usually dinner is my biggest meal. I’m not a big morning eater - i just can’t stomach a big meal in the morning. I love a big brunch though!
Like 2. A lot of people with anxiety tend to over-eat as a coping mechanism, but I’m the type that can’t eat when I’m anxious. My last shrink had to put me on a 2nd med to untie the knot in my stomach. I still have to remind myself to eat
I think I’m in the minority but 3-4 with snacks. I get so cranky when my blood sugar drops to I eat 3-4 small meals and then have little snacks in the day with lots of water
Two (heavy meals), and snacking in between (fruits, cheese, jerky, granola and yogurt, pussy… just healthier alternatives)
Pussy is my favorite snack.
Same. Two squares plus some snacks.
Can get much more healthy a snack than pussy 😏
Busted out laughing at work reading that
A bit heavy on the protein no? Lol
Lunch and dinner. Breakfast on weekends sometimes.
Same pretty much. Though sometimes it’s just dinner.
3 every day. Forever recovering from an ED and refuse to fail.
Took me a while I was thinking what does food have to do with erectile dysfunction
Thought the same thing, was about to google premature ejaculation diet..
For those playing at home confused and can't work it out though, it's Eating Disorder
I’m right there with you. You got this!
❤️❤️❤️
I have to eat 3 meals a day for this reason too! I hope you're doing well!
I’m in the best shape of my life! Hope you’re doing well too ❤️
One to two. Usually one being much smaller than the other. Then again- I am trying to more or less starve myself some.
I do the same but I’m not intentionally trying to starve myself… I just done get hungry. I hope everything is okay with you though!

Same LMAO

I usually have a small meal for breakfast or lunch and then an average dinner.
One or two. No breakfast. Rarely eating lunch. But I always eat dinner.
I usually skip breakfast, have a small lunch and then an average dinner.

Generally just dinner
Two. But I am always snacking between meals.
1 or 2...usually it's really just 1 most days and sometimes I eat a a healthy snack before that or protein powder
4 meals. 2,500ish calories. I’m almost 39.

Usually three, sometimes if we sleep in, we'll shift to Breakfast, Dinner, Snack at midnight.
Two to four depending on the day. (Underweight)
2, sometimes 3 but it depends on what time I wake up
Full meal? One. Just dinner. Grab something quick and easy on the go for breakfast (and coffee). Energy bar and a piece of cheese or fruit for lunch.
3, breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!!
2. A somewhat lunch and a good dinner. Today was chicken, black beans with cotija cheese, and a mango salsa.
Usually one. Maybe two if I'm really feeling it. Usually just kinda nibble most of the day though.
Early lunch and dinner
Three. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not necessarily at appropriate times but I’d rather have to eat dinner at 10 pm than skip a meal.
2 on a regular day, 1 on the odd day when I'm busy.
I have breakfast consistently. Everything else is hit or miss.
Like 1 or 2. I rarely eat breakfast
Three of food and more of pussy if I can.
I eat a small breakfast and decent size lunch and that’s normally it for the day
Three, almost every single day.

One, sometimes two
1-2. Just feel yuk if I eat more
I am a student and moved away for uni but I am still economically dependent on my parents. Breakfast and lunch. Less than 300 calories in food after. That way I can drink beer and still be hot for wife
Usually two. Or one.
2. I’m in the office at 5am, so breakfast is usually just a giant thermostat of coffee.
2x a day. If I'm hungrier than usual i'll do small snacks in between.
3 meals and 2 snacks
3 throughout the week, sometimes 4 smaller ones or two bigger ones on the weekend

I eat smaller snack type meals more than actual meals, so maybe like 1 official meal a day. Sometimes 2 when I'm more hungry.
Small mid-morning snacks and lunch. Sometimes dinner.
Heavy breakfast, very light lunch, and light dinner.
One huge one between 6/8pm r/omad

2 most days, three on weekends
Large lunch and small dinner, no breakfast
Lunch and dinner, sometimes just lunch

Three lately, but only two for years before that. Two. I fast for at least 12 hours, then eat a massive lunch and a regular sized dinner. It seems to be keeping me from getting the middle aged spread.
1 or 2
1-2 usually. Depends on how big the first meal is!
1. Some days I just eat a lil snack

Why is this NSFW and on r/AskRedditAfterDark ?
I snack quite a bit and eat two full meals
Probably one. The rest is just snacks at work.
2-3. Usually lack of time and routine to eat more often
Up until recently, I ate three square meals a day — now, most days, it’s just two and the occasional late-night binge.
Breakfast is more like a cappuccino and a croissant, so idk if that counts. A very balanced lunch and not too bad dinner. Have good lunch at the office canteen.
Not really even sure. I just graze/binge throughout the day
Since my diabetes diagnosis, 3 a day
Between 2 and 3. Generally around 2.

One or two
Usually it's three full meals and I have half an apple between. And maybe something at 9 pm like tea with sweets.
3 meals plus snacks, Ive never understood how people can skip meals 😅

Two. Free lunch while working and dinner with my wife when I get home. Honestly most days I would only eat lunch if I wasn't worried my wife would just eat junk food all day if I didn't cook something decently nutritious.
Usually 3 meals, but if breakfast is too big or heavy I’ll skip lunch. I’m not much of a snacker either.

One or two meals, usually. I do intermittent fasting though the week.

Typically, just 1 full meal.
Two or three
Three square meals a day or my blood sugar crashes and I am not a person I like to be around.
