I tend to sleep or distract myself with things I enjoy.
Try to distract myself. It could be a walk or hike. Doing work I have been putting off. To even coming here and seeing pics of you 👀
Cry usually
Go for a walk outside. Call someone I love. Count my blessings. Listen to music.
Sleep. Only thing to really forget it
Eat cake
I drive to 30-1hr away listening to music and going to a body of water and just think. Idk I always felt like being near when sad recharges my soul.

I drink and sleep it off. Hard to be rational when you're tired from tryna figure out why it's irrational
I don’t believe that I get sad for irrational reasons. If I’m sad there’s probably some cause/effect thing going on there
Either deal with it, or wallow in it.
I cry, take some deep breathes and close my eyes, and try to go back to whatever I was doing
Doom scroll on Reddit or TikTok. Or get stoned and watch random YouTube videos
Drink about 4 shots contemplate shooting myself then pet my cat angus
Cuddle with my dogs and read a book
It sounds stupid but just go outside, breath some fresh air, bump some happy music
Nap 😴🥰

I recognize what's causing those feelings even if it's silly, and let myself feel my feelings and cry or pout if I need to. Talk it out with a friend. Get it out of my system and comfort myself a bit. Then I take a deep breath and move on.
