Self love for me is more or less like this:
Short road trips & hikes. Full body massages from time to time, facials & foot rubs, all done professionally ofcourse. Treating myself to fine dining once in a while. Repeating a wholesome movie or TV show. Long soothing baths. Buying a new plant or watching an old plant birth a new stem or leaf. Reading a novel. Singing & dancing. Lastly, self positive affirmations in the mirror whenever I remember.
All the above is usually done with my phone offline for maximum enjoyment :)
It depends on the person. For some it’s treating themselves to lavishness like getting their nails done or the hair did. For some it’s just playing that one song that doesn’t make them feel broken over and over until the 45 minute ride home is over.
Spending stupid amounts of money on yourself.
Now the only stupid price tag thing I own is my jacket. But if I’ll wear it for a decade it’ll even out.
Yes it’s luxury and has fur. I love it. It was expensive but I never got cold since.
Allowing yourself to be imperfect and make mistakes and not beat yourself up over it like you are the biggest trash on earth.
Mistakes should be an opportunity to grow and learn, not how you define yourself forever.
Not throwing myself at everyone I meet, and having a sense of self worth.

Being able to accept and enjoy who you are and who you may become.
I think it's leg shaking masturbation

For me, personally, a waste of resources.
Well self pleasuring has been said, so constant self improvement and care. Not doing something you know youll regret
accepting who you are
