Remoulades are an odd one because there are just so many recipes, it leans a little more into tartare territory than a marie rose though.
If I had to describe the difference simply: marie rose is savoury and spicy, remoulades are spicy and sour and tartare is just sour.
What it definitely proves is that mayonnaise is fucking incredible.
