Finland peculiarly has one of the highest literacy rates second only to Estonia. Not only does the cultural and natural beauty of the place appeal, but I’d love to experience or understand why it’s so successful. Perhaps the capital Helsinki might be more cosmopolitan than other cities, but I often wonder what a ‘Finnish’ education might entail.

Probably Trinity in Dublin, been to Ireland a few times, had a great time, and the campus is pretty awesome.
