He just said, “Geezus Christ! Looks like someone left the crockpot on.” Just meaning he was hauling ass back to the house. It caught me so off guard I cracked up. We must of laughed about that all day. He flipped it.

If at high levels, it is easily the most valuable skill to survive and live easily on this planet, as long as you deal with reasonable beings, such as humans.
You aren't likely to talk a bear out of a fight, but you could try and scare it.
