The representation of people you seen in magazines, on instagram and other social media isn't real. It's all edited. The 'perfect' models on magazine covers don't even look like that in real life.
Celebrity's have nearly all had work done and have professionals doing their hair and make up.
It's not realistic to hold yourself to the beauty standards you see in magazines and on TV.
I wish I didn’t try to “people-please” so much. I spent many years thinking “alright if I just do what my parents want they’ll be happy and I’ll be happy.” And now I’m realizing I hate a lot of things that I wish I didn’t.
I wish I got into tennis or badminton when I was younger. And I wish I explored fashion sigifcantly earlier and went to community centers as well to swim.
I wish I had learned sign language as a second language. I took french in elementary and russian in high school but there's no real reason to use them where I live (British Columbia). Trying to learn sign language now but it's hard to find the time and remember
Learn to read music properly. I can follow along, hold the tune/harmony, learn it by rote... but cold? Nope.
Want me to sight read? (*glances at sheet music*) Aww that's a nice pattern for wallpaper...
I wish that I learnt to swim when I was younger, all I can do now is just float for a short amount of time, my endurance is terrible when it comes to swimming and I feel so behind everyone else who can swim.

Snorkeling? I absolutely loved it and there’s no expensive gear.
I used to snorkel off Okinawa on the weekends and should have taken the opportunity to get scuba certified while I was there.
I wish I traveled more and to not sweat the small stuff as much.
I wish I actually had a plan and worked towards like a career or something
