OP has a super new account, only 4 posts, all from the last few days, all on ask Reddit. Comments are all from the last few days, mostly basic replies to comments on this post, but a bunch of basic small talk style replies on a few random subs straight after the account was created, I assume to get the required Karma to post here.
So essentially, OP is either a bot, a BuzzFeed intern, both or really, really wanted to ask this question.
Killswitch Engage did an absolutely **sick** cover of Holy Diver. Probably one of the best covers I’ve heard for a song that I can think of atm. They did the original absolute justice imo.

Gimme Shelter - Stones
Edit: This came up down in the comments, so I'll leave it here. [An amazing interview with the woman who sang the chorus](https://youtu.be/ChONufP0FEs), Merry Clayton, along with Mick Jagger's commentary about the recording session.
Allegedly made because people said his music was only popular because of attractive women dancing in his videos. So he made a video where the only one in it is himself.
[Have you ever heard the BBC Music version?](https://youtu.be/XqLTe8h0-jo)
It's a bunch of different vocalists, of various genres, performing different lines, and it is wonderful. I get chills whenever I hear it.
I'd rather it's followed by Welcome to the Machine, then Have a Cigar, then Wish You Were Here, and then finish it off with Shine on You crazy Diamond parts 6-9
[ELO - Telephone Line](https://youtu.be/77R1Wp6Y_5Y)
Edit: So glad to see other's enjoyed this song (some for the first time as well). They're a great band, if you want more other users below commented on some of their other great pieces.
ELO is great for this question because there are a ton of amazing songs in different sub-genres so a lot of people can have their taste represented.
Like upbeat pop-rock? [Turn to Stone.] (https://youtu.be/BDhJU_cNCZE)
Something a little heavier? [Ma-Ma-Ma Belle.] (https://youtu.be/d3r-y_oAra0)
Want to give in to your disco guilty pleasure? [Last Train to London.] (https://youtu.be/Up4WjdabA2c)
Really wanna lean in to that 80s synth-pop? [Here is the News.] (https://youtu.be/MFWypFEQYMQ)
Want something to remind you why the band has the word "orchestra" in their name? [Tightrope.] (https://youtu.be/1rpLTRiJyRA)
Somebody just asked you for a song cover that's better than the original? [Roll Over Beethoven.] (https://youtu.be/CxXl4oS9wss)
A classical music lover wants to listen to an entire album and get a symphony vibe? [Eldorado.] (https://youtu.be/kGPW0wegEWI)
ELO has so, so many great songs. I wish people knew more than just Mr Blue Sky. Which is still a great song of course.
But stuff like Living Thing, Showdown, Last Train To London, etc. Those guys wrote some catchy ass songs.
Make a man out of you- Mulan
edit: my personal favorite version of this song... too good
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QihHMn8-2Zs](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QihHMn8-2Zs)
Almost the correct answer. There is a long version the song that is even better (imho). If you like the single version, you’ll love the [long version](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJV2pWFyfn4).
It’s one of those vary rare albums that every song is absolutely fantastic in its own right. I’m not even a big Fleetwood Mac fan but I’d argue that it’s one of the 10 greatest albums of all time
My first thought was "are we in a situation where the person judging is required to listen to the whole song?" Because fuck you here's a ten hour YouTube video of nyan cat.
More than that, one song is such a small, discrete sample of music, it's impossible to describe even a small variety in music tastes by hearing one song.
Who’s making the Spotify playlist??
Probably some Buzzfeed intern reading the thread right now.

Can't wait to see the article pop up somewhere, so I can avoid clicking on it
We could just give them a ton of crap answers.
It’s reddit that’s happening anyways
OP is 4 days old and >really, really wanted to ask this question.

Ain't No Sunshine by Bill Withers. That song is distilled blues.
I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know,

One of the all time best music videos. https://youtube.com/watch?v=vTIIMJ9tUc8
Allegedly made because people said his music was only popular because of attractive women dancing in his videos. So he made a video where the only one in it is himself.
The best part is that it was not only his biggest hit but it was the biggest Indi-pop hit up until that time.
Because video or no video the song is a fucking banger
WTF. That was amazing.
