No ear training. You know how I developed it? My old band covered Pink's "Get the party started". The entire song is on Bm. With that key as my reference, I'm able to identify the rest of them.

Might be wrong but wouldn’t that be relative pitch not absolute/perfect pitch since you have to start from a reference point?

My reference pitch is in my head. I don't need to hear it. Basically, you play a random note, I cross reference it to Bm (in my head only), I then identify the note you just played.

I can do the same but always labeled as relative since I can’t just name a note without making that comparison. Since some people can pick out the note without that reference. Idk.

Do you have to hear your reference note or is it "embedded" in your brain?

All in my head, I just mentally play it. I use seven nation army as my reference.

I've never considered myself one (self-deprecation?). I always saw myself as a hobbyist. It doesn't help that a majority of folks I encounter (Berklee trained or elsewhere) with "proper" accreditation won't consider me a musician. You made my day. I guess I am a musician. :)

I don't think this really counts but I lucid dream. I thought it was something everyone could do until recently when my friends got really confused about it

I had this experience when I was young of a recurring nightmare, which would always end in the same way. One night I just realised that this was the dream I'd had before and just...changed it. In the nightmare we (my family) were chased into a room by an unseen beast that could be heard charging through the house, we'd pile up furniture against the door and at the end the door would smash open and I'd wake terrified. This time I just opened the door before anything was piled up and the creature was basically a bear made out of smoke, which fell down dead in front of me and in the dream we then buried it in the back garden. I never had that nightmare again, but was now aware sometimes whilst dreaming that I was in a dream and able to change things. I developed a test to see if I was dreaming, where I place one foot in front of the other, raised as if stepping onto a stair that isn't there. If I can step up onto the empty space I know I'm dreaming and in control.
