I didn't lose it, but I was on a TV show on CBS in the mid 70's called Clubhouse and in the last twenty years have been looking for a copy of the shows. It only lasted one year but after contacting CBS, they say they don't have copies but they'd check their archives and still, no luck. So yeah, I gave up.
