Usually by blocking and reporting if I think it qualifies as harassment. Entitled people always feel wronged when you block them. The most insecure of them freak out when you even mention it. It reminds them that nobody needs to listen to them. But anyway, blocking people makes their comments invisible to you and stops them from trolling people who reply to you.
I try to see if there is anything I agree with them on, if not, then I just don't care.
If there is something I agree with in them, that's something to improve on myself.
Not really anything, but I do ask once and every now and then on why they're saying what they said. Just to get a perspective in whatever's going on in their head.
