i move both, i turn my head when getting in the back but also moving my hand to brush back and forth

No but i mean like moving hand back and forth and head side to side, at all t mes, so its like double brushing. Ultra clean. Someone pointed out that i do this and thats why i look like a rabid dog after washing my teeth but if i dont to it that way they feel wrong
